Our shipping costs cover the expense for processing and packaging your order along with the cost of transportation. We offer free shipping for orders $40.00 and over.  If you choose to pick your order up from our kitchen please call or email us for a current price list and include a phone number so we can call you when it is ready.

We ship year round from pecans kept in our storage facility. New crop pecans are available by the 2nd week of November each year.

Due to the extreme heat in Louisiana, we will only ship chocolate October – March. We will substitute any other item that we offer in our gift collections during the hot months.

Standard shipping will be USPS or UPS Ground. We will compare prices and get the best value to keep our prices as low as possible. Every order is prepared fresh when you order it. We will have it ready to leave our kitchen within 5 days of being ordered, if not sooner. 2nd day shipping is available and these orders will be shipped within 2 days of ordering. We will ship to PO Boxes. These orders will be sent by USPS for the same rates as above. We cannot be responsible for delayed shipping times. Once it leaves our kitchen it is out of our hands. Order early to be assured that your items arrive on time.

Please add $10.00 additional shipping charge for orders to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. We will add that service at a later date.

We cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.

    Holiday Orders: Orders for Christmas (standard Delivery) must be received by December 15.

    Please help us ensure a worry and hassle free shopping experience. Check your gift list carefully for correct names and addresses. We cannot be responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a product is returned to us because it is not deliverable we will notify you immediately. We will be glad to reship a fresh item to a complete, correct address but it will be at an additional full cost of product plus shipping. We will not reship any items because of the perishable nature of our product. We will not issue refunds for the returned items.

    All gifts ordered from Riverside Pecan Company will include a handwritten gift card with your message attached to the gift.

    There are several ways to order:

    Website – Our website is the fast, easy way to get your shopping done. Just enter your information and payment choice and the site will do the rest.

    Bulk Order Form- You can download our bulk order form and return it either by fax or email.

    Fax – We will be happy to accept your order by fax at 318-253-0927. Please include a phone number where we may reach you for payment information.

    Phone – We are available to take your phone order at 1-318-253-0927. Our phone hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday – Saturday. In the event we can’t get to the phone please leave a message and we will call you back shortly.

    Payment: We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, money orders, cashier’s check, company checks (upon approval), or cash.

    We retain the right to substitute items of equal or greater value in the instance that a product is out of stock. We will try to assure that this very rarely happens.

    We want you to love our products as much as we do. In the case that you aren’t 100% satisfied please let us know. You may use any of the above contact methods. Please give us an opportunity to fix the problem! We will exchange, replace or refund your money promptly. For quality control, we do ask that you return the item to the address above within 60 days.

    We do not add any additional preservatives to our products. Therefore, it is recommended that you enjoy our treats within 30 days to ensure freshness.

    We will never sell or in any way disclose your information to anyone not directly involved with filling your order.
